The Face behind the Business -
With a background of 25 years in administration and marketing, Lynnelle Richardson branched out and started her own business based on her passion to motivate and inspire others. Using her skills in business, photography and design, Lynnelle has sourced, created and produced a range of products and services that assist individuals and businesses to achieve their goals and dreams.
During her career, Lynnelle has worked in both government and private in industry and achieved some incredible results. With experience in retailing, marketing, web design, human resources and general administration, Lynnelle has a comprehensive range of skills based on personal experience. In addition to this, Lynnelle holds an Associate Diploma in Business (Administration) through the University Of Southern Queensland.
After 25 years experience, Lynnelle Richardson has a wealth of knowledge in administration and marketing. These positions include working with business operators to grow and develop local business and implement supporting programs. During this time, she became known for her ability to make things happen and her commitment to achieving a high level of service to clients.
More recently, Lynnelle was Office and Marketing Manager with an iconic business in Kingaroy that underwent a rapid expansion over the past three years. In this role, Lynnelle oversaw the operations of four retail outlets across South-East Queensland. This included marketing, promotion, human resources and operations for the four sites as well as managed the general administration section in the head office.
Major achievements:
* Secured $45,000 of funding for a local events and conferencing desk
* Established and implemented a local Women in Business initiative
* Nominated as Kingaroy Shire Citizen of the Year
* Coordinated the establishment of a Community Advice Bureau
* Managed a staff of up to 30 people across five sites
* Founder of the REAL Womens Network
* Coordinated major local events
Lynnelle now steps out on her own in a new and exciting venture. Following her passion and drawing on that unquenchable desire to succeed, Lynnelle is now offering her assistance to business in promotions and marketing and helping individuals to achieve their dreams. Using the knowledge and skills gained over the past 23 years, Lynnelle will help you build your business through her artistic flair to create promotional and advertising material to reach your target markets.
